Gift Certificate Contest Rules

0. All decisions by the owners of FlamingoKilts.BIZ (hereinafter known as we, us, our, and the like) are final.
0. We reserve the right to make things up as we go along.
0. To enter, submit a photograph in jpeg format by e-mail, with the subject line "Gallery," to Sales@FlamingoKilts.BIZ. The photo must include a product purchased from www.FlamingoKilts.biz and be submitted by the original purchaser or their authorized agent. Please include at least the first name and city/state or country of the subject (no anonymous submissions will be accepted). Details about the event or situation are welcome!
0. We will review all submitted photos and, at our discretion, post selected photos to our Gallery page.  Selection criteria include (but are not limited to) tasteful, well-photographed scenes clearly displaying the purchaser and product.
0. Photos selected for posting on our Gallery page become eligible for the Gift Certificate contest during the original month of their submission. Each month, we will select two photos and award each submitter a $5 USD Gift Certificate good toward a future purchase on www.FlamingoKilts.biz. Photos submitted but not selected during a specific month become eligible for selection in subsequent months (that is, your entry "rolls over" each month until/unless chosen).

Gift Certificates will be sent via e-mail to the SUBMITTER (whether or not that person is the original purchaser). We will assume that anyone submitting a photograph has the permission of the subject to submit that photograph for posting and to receive the Gift Certificate, should that photo be chosen.

0.  Be sure that Sales@FlamingoKilts.biz is on your trusted
   e-mail sender list. We are not responsible for lost certificates. Certificates have no cash value except when applied to a purchase at FlamingoKilts.biz. Should you be fortunate enough to receive multiple certificates, they can be applied to a single purchase (don't hold your breath).
0. Multiple submissions are allowed, but don't become a pest.
