We stand by our products and materials and will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction.

All items sold on FlamingoKilts.biz are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 90 days following your receipt of goods from shipper. All returned items must be in original inner packaging; please include a note describing the nature of the problem. Full refunds of purchase price will be issued via PayPal once we verify the warrantable condition. If in doubt, please contact us before returning an item.

EXCLUSIONS include, but are not limited to: snags or pilling caused by contact with foreign objects; and damage that we judge to be due to improper use or treatment (for example, washing an item in hot water when care instructions specify cold).
